“Build Momentum: How to Make a
Positive Impact (With Less Stress)” Are you working better and smarter than you were last year? With more to do, and fewer resources,
getting the right things done is the #1 goal of every leader. But, how do you prepare to be “as productive
as possible” when there is too much to do, not enough time to do it all in, and a crisis about to
erupt? Jason will teach you what it takes to be your best, in life, at work and everywhere in between.
To “better your best,” you must understand the connections between Psychology (how you think and
plan), Sociology (how you collaborate most effectively) and Technology (how the systems and tools can
help us every day). Jason shows you how.
About Jason Womack: http://www.womackcompany.com/contact-us/about-jason/
Jason W. Womack, MEd, MA, provides practical methods to maximize tools, systems, and processes to achieve
quality work/life balance. He has worked with leaders and executives for over 16 years in the business and
education sectors. His focus is on creating ideas that matter and implementing solutions that are valuable to
organizations and the individuals in those organizations.
He is the CEO and Founder of The Jason Womack Company, and an advisor to
leaders worldwide and author dedicated to helping individual contributors,
entrepreneurs and executives work effectively and efficiently so they have the
time, energy and focus to achieve more in work and in life.
Author of Your Best Just Got Better: Work Smarter, Think Bigger, Make More,
Jason shows that working longer hours doesn’t make up for a flawed approach
to productivity and performance. Entrepreneurs need to clarify their habits,
build mindset-based strategies, and be proactive. Womack’s signature
workplace performance techniques offer specific strategies to consistently and
incrementally improve performance.

Push the Boundaries of Social Science
“Modern Interviewing
& Job Retention Soft Skills” We all work with people who fall into the “Millennial”
generation. Squarage's modern Interview Skills and Job
Retention curriculum for today's workforce enhances
traditional learning styles -- visual, auditory, and
kinesthetic -- to contextualize to today's futuristic youth
of Millennials. This method pushes the boundaries of
Social Science and teaches us how to help this group of job seekers to be more successful in the job
search and the workplace.
The contents differentiate from outdated resources to distinguish the youth from the pool of generic job candidates
in the workforce through highly unique proof-of-concepts. Squarage remedies the unfavorable reputation
Millennials have in the workforce with older generations.
NOTE: Attend Eric’s presentation and receive a free copy of “Interview Skills for Millennials!"
About Eric: Eric Fan, Founder of Squarage®, is a Millennial who was in the corporate workforce from
2004-2014. He left the workforce to preserve his sanity and extend his lifespan. Eric
wants to remedy the Millennial’s unfavorable reputation for being entitled, lazy, and
addicted to technology (digital dementia) by enhancing employability and career
readiness through soft skills curriculum for interview skills and job retention.
Eric Fan has worked for and with cranky, hard-to-please, paper-pusher, my way or the
highway, and micro-managers for 10+ years. His positions ranged from marketing
analytics, copywriting, accounting, finance, logistics, and customer service. He has
worked for Fortune 500 companies and small-to-mid-size companies. He has also
interviewed over 200 times as a job-seeker.
Eric decided to take all his corporate workforce experiences, trade secrets, and life
hacks from on-the-job training, day-to-day tasks, special assignments, coffee breaks,
water cooler talks, company luncheons, reprimands, vacation days, and put it in a blender
for you to enhance student success. Squarage is in the business of noticing things, tracking trends,
building self-awareness, and delivering solutions.

“Team Excellence”
Consider the very best team that you were ever a part of...
it might be the current work team or it may have been a
few years ago. It may well be a sports team you were
involved with at school or college. What essential
elements were in place that made these such good teams?
This keynote speaks directly to the five essential elements
that need to exist for any team to excel — (1) clarity of
purpose, (2) high trust, (3) effective feedback, (4) attentive
and empathic listening skills, and (5) a leadership culture
that brings out the best of others.
We all know that teams can achieve much more than any lone individual. Teamwork is vital in today’s
highly-competitive world — people working well together really do make a difference!
About Stephanie: Enthusiasm is the word that best describes Steph! Stephanie’s energy coupled with a passion for effective learning
makes the keynotes that she delivers highly engaging and meaningful for the participants.
Stephanie is a Client Partner at Newleaf Training and Development whose mission is to help people and
organizations be their best. Stephanie’s previous work prepared her for success in the field of professional
business training and development as a corporate trainer and manager and later co-created and supported a
learning university for a global cruise line. Her experience includes interactive training delivery, designing and
delivering management and professional certification programs and courses, facilitation of team building
events and meetings, delivering Train-the-Trainer courses, mentoring and developing staff.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in History: Secondary Education from The Master’s College and has
a Certificate in Advanced Professional Development in Human Resource Management from California State
University, Northridge. For the last six years, she has been invited to address multiple college classes
regarding professional development and career preparation. Stephanie is a current and active member of the
Association of Talent Development (ATD).

type of disability, this community is large and
represents a very talented pool of potential employees! The State Department
of Rehabilitation trains employers with Windmills Training, an upbeat training program now used by
more than half of the Fortune 500 companies, and aimed at raising awareness of the limitations often
imposed on people with disabilities due to a lack of knowledge or low expectations. Beau Wilding will
