Students should: see me to get make up work. see me if there are any questions.
Students have 5 days to complete work after being absent.
LATE WORK POLICY
Late work IS accepted.
10 points off for each day late
No credit after 5 days late
(This is a school-wide policy)
Intervention & Re-Test If unsuccessful on a unit test
your child can:Attend intervention after school for
help/review of material.Re-take up to TWO tests. Must attend INTERVENTION in
order to RE-TEST.Remediation must take place
within 10 days of the test and retest before the next unit test.
Preparing for Tests
Study the Review Guide. Study notes and handouts given
in class. Complete all practice sheets. Ask questions and seek extra
help immediately as needed.
Should I Expect Homework Daily?
On-going homework is to study the unit notes and handouts daily.
Most written homework consists of: Assignments started in class but
not finished.Lab write-upsOne homework set per week
