This document summarises our approach to the first phase of our reopening & recovery plan.

Manage streets & public spaces addressing
waste, road closures & utility works
Provide dedicated outreach for rough
sleepers & work with government to end
homelessness
WE ARE REDESIGNING THE STREETS TO IMPROVE MOVEMENT & ALLOW MORE SPACE FOR PEOPLE
