Rights of the person concerned: Information, correction, deletion and blocking, right to object

The personal data transmitted by you are processed for the purpose of collecting data in our visitor list and operationally required information pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. f) GDPR collected, processed and used. The provision of your personal data is necessary for operational reasons. This form is also valid as proof of the instruction of hygiene regulations at LUBING Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. In case of non-provision, you may not enter our company premises or our company buildings.

In principle, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. If operationally necessary, external service providers as processors (Art. 28 GDPR) are integrated in compliance with data protection. In addition, you are free to exercise your rights to rectification, deletion or, if the deletion is not possible, to restriction of processing and to data portability in accordance with Articles 16-18, 20 GDPR. Should you wish to exercise this right, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

Your data will be stored with us for the duration of the operational requirement.

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to information about the processing of your personal data. A transfer to a third country or an international organisation of the personal data provided by you does not take place and is not planned. Furthermore, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority at any time. Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 13 para. 2 lit. b) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
