    Objective to prepare this Coverage Plan1-As we did many exercise and prepare a plan to have certain achievment from our customers for our certain products ie product wise no.of Drs

    as 300 crore formula Drs,Who are top nine prescriber per MR,Who are top nine prospective Prescriber per MR and who will be prescriber of our

    2-We did the same exercise when we started our FY 13-14 but we could not implement the same and thereby we could not produce the desire re

    3- Since we have taken pain to prepare a plan to move towards 300 crore so we need to work upon our plan

    4- Therefore this coverage plan is need of the hour so that during field work we all move towards our set objective.

    How to Prepare this coverage plan1- It is very simple. We have already decieded the no.of Drs.product wise,No.prescription per month,No.of unit per prescription,300 crore Formu

    2- Now we will put the same in this coverage plan.

    3-Now what is the meaning of each Colomn heading? So

    a-Code,Dr.Name,Place is simple: Code means Drs Code no in Dr List,Dr.Name as mentioned in your Dr.List and Place means The is from which

    b- Products - We have identified some Drs for some particular product so we will mention here that product SKU name. For example we have pla

    c-Rx/M means number of prescription per month planned for that Dr.

    d- U/Rx means number of unit (ampule/vial/strip/bottles) per prescription

    e- Category means-- We have finalised 30 Drs per MR for 300 crore formula so we will mention in this colomn 300, We have top 9 prescriber p

    so we will mention in Catagory colomn T-9,We have top 9 prospective Drs per MR so we will mention here P-9and for new Brand Dr we will m

    f-V1,V2,V3 means Visit 1,Visit2,Visit3 which we have to filled during field work by MR.

    g-A.U.S. means Actual Unit Sold on the precription of that particular Dr for that particular product in that particular month. This will be approx unit

    h-A.R.V. means Approx Rupees Value. This will be calculated by multiplying A.U.S. with NRV of that particular product SKU.

    i- You will have to fillup Code,DOCTOR NAME,Place,Product,Rx/M,U/Rx and Category on computor and then take a print. Make 12 Xerox of this

    and at the end of the month they will submit this with their Expense Report.

    RESULT1-We as a team will move in right direction towards our set objective ie Towards 300 Crore

    2-There will be near to ZERO mistake during our field work. Like we have selected some Dr for some product but during call we are detailing som

    3-We will maintain the call frequency to generate the planned no.of prescription.

    4-Since this Sheet will be in one page so this will be handy to carry and we will work as per our plan.

    5- I am confident that when we will work as per our plan we will be a member of MAPRA towards 300 Crore.

    So please put your 1 degree extra effort to prepare and make habit to work upon i t.
