The General aim of DOIEC is to Prepare Engineering and Procurement and managements Services in Process Industries. We are willing to Present our Services at required Quality & Time and by Proper Cost, to Owners and Clients of Process Industries Specially in Oil & Gas & Energy fields in Iran and middle east. We know that our human Resources are really our Core Competency and therefore we always made great worth on our valued Staffs and are trying to upgrade their Knowledge in order to be up‐to‐dated on newest sciences and Technologies. We are committed to our belief and values and worthiness, and all of our collaborators are wanted to undertakes them. We also always looking forwards to apply new Standards and Techniques to reduce the bad effects of Process Industries on Environment.

The DOIEC (Damavand Offshore Industries Engineering Company, PJS) was Established on 2003 on IRAN.

The DOIEC had been aimed to

made an Engineering Organization in order to Present Engineering and Procurement Services on Oil & Gas Industries in Iran.

The DOIEC currently have their Proper Engineering & Management Organization and also have Proper Software and Hardware to prepare services and also are Registered by Iranian Government Organization of Planning And Managements in the Field of Oil & Gas Pipelines.

The Topic of DOIEC Services are Conceptual design, Basic & Detail Engineering, 3D Modeling and Simulations, Technical Assistance, Site Supervision, Procurements services and Project Management on Process Industries.

“AMAK” Gas Gathering & NGL Recovery Project The Project was Subjected to Gathering the Sure Gas of “Bangestan” Oil Field on Ahwaz City, which they are wasted during extraction by seven existing gas compressor stations (Ahwaz1, Ahwaz2, Ahwaz3, Maroun, Koupal, Abteymour). The Sure Gas would be compressed and dehydrated and transferred by lots of Pipelines toward the Main Gas Treatment Plant for Sweetening and the product would be supplied to NGL1200 / 1300. Some heavy Products would be supplied to LPG Plants of Bandar Imam. The DOIEC Scope of Services were: A) Detail Engineering and

Modeling of Acid Gas Compressor Station on Main Gas Treatment Plant including 6 Double Stage Gas Compressors, 12 KO Drums, 12 Gas Cooler (Air Cooled type). The Design &

“South Pars” Gas Field Development, Condensate Export Systems This Project are Subjected to increasing the amount of Storage Capacity for Condensate Storage and Export Systems trough Phases 1, 2&3, and 4&5 of South Pars Gas Field Development Projects (Assalouyeh) by making an interconnection between Condensate Export Systems. So each Phase would be able to Store its Condensate onto available Storing Capacity on other phases. The DOIEC Scope of Services were: A) Basic Engineering including

Process Simulation, Process Data sheets, Haz‐op Study and Preparing All require Basic Documents.

B) Detail Engineering Including 3D Modeling, Calculations and Preparing Detail Drawings & Documents on all Disciplines (Piping, Mechanical, Civil, I&C).

“Hormozgan” Steel Plant Utility Systems The Hormozgan Steel Plant is located at Bandar Abbas City. The DOIEC Scope of Services were: A) Basic Engineering on Utility

Systems including Fire Water, Industrial & Domestic Water, Drainage and a/c systems to preparing Basic Engineering Documents including Process Flow Diagrams, Process Datasheets and all related Drawings.

B) Detail Engineering on Utility Systems including 3D Modeling, Detail Drawings Generation, Material Takeoff.

“Rasouli” Petrochemical Plant, Offsite engineering The Rasouli Petrochemical Plant is Located on Bandar Imam, at Petrochemical Special Zone. The DOIEC Scope of Services were: A) Detail Engineering on

Offsite Area including Formalin and Penta and Acetaldehyde Storage Area, Interconnecting Pip Rack, Water Storage Area and Main Cooling Tower System. All Detail Drawings and Documents on Piping Discipline are Prepared including 3D Modeling, Supporting, Stress Calculation and Material Takeoff.

B) Basic & Detail Engineering of Steam Let‐Down Station to Produce LPS by Injecting the BFW to Main HPS Steam Line.

“Hormozgan” Offsite Area Piping Engineering The Hormozgan Steel Plant is located at Bandar Abbas City. The DOIEC Scope of Services were: A) Detail Engineering of

Offsite Area on Piping Discipline including Main Pipe Rack, Oxygen & Nitrogen & Natural Gas Reducing Stations, Melting Plant& Casting Plant. All Piping Engineering Activity including: 3D Modeling, Design, Stress Calculation, Detail Drawings Generation and Material Takeoff are under DOIEC Scope of Work.

“TISHREEN” COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT The TISHREEN Combined Cycle Plant is located at the South of Damascus City in SYRIA. The DOIEC Scope of Services were the Detail Engineering of: A) Fuel Transfer &

Distribution System (Fuel Gas & Fuel Oil) Including 3D Modeling and Preparing Detail Drawings on the Disciplines: Piping, Mechanical and Electrical.

“REY” TERMINAL STORAGE REVAMPING PROJECT The Rey Terminal Storage is the biggest Terminal in IRAN which is located at the South of Tehran City. The DOIEC Scope of Services: A) Receiving Oil Products &

Loading to arms Including Field Studies, process simulation, Line Sizing, Equipment Selection, 3D Modeling and calculations in multi‐Disciplines (Basic Design).

B) Returning back Oil Products from Storages to Supply Pipelines Including Field Studies, process simulation, Line Sizing, Equipment Selection, 3D Modeling and calculations in multi‐Disciplines (Basic Design).

C) Site Survey of Tank farm & Corridors & arms & new facilities (pumping & Metering Stations) area.
