Involved as Senior Architect & MEP Coordinator in carrying out, design development coordination within intra office, creating project plans, implementation schedules for project package deliverables, also handled tender Packages including cost expenditures, vendors and creating project status for presentation purpose, Scoping the project.

Review of documents as per codes and local bylaws. Having strong organizational and time management skills and ability to

deliver on the agreed Time Scale, budget and to specification.

Prepare and implement the Project Management Plan and ensure all strategy and company procedures are in place to administer the project.

Undertake commercial & contractual aspects of the project whilst facilitating changes within contract T&Cs. Evaluating and reviewing contractors bid against required specification.

Progress report to client and to company management as required Design Management. Implement and manage the control of design process to ensure the design and Procurement of sub-contract packages are delivered to suit the construction program.

Ensure the detailed preparation and presentation of progress and key issue reports to client’s team and Internal management. Technical Knowledge of:-

a) Partition and Ceiling system.

b) Joinery. c) Access Control.

d) Audio Visual system.

e) Lighting system and Lux calculation.

f) Ironmongery and access control. g) Glazing and Cladding systems.

h) Finishes and Material specifications.
