Besides rehabilitating snakes and crocodiles, I have conducted wildlife awareness programmes for Worldwide Fund for Nature, Centre for Environment Education, Goa Science Centre and various schools, colleges and nature clubs. My 24-hour Snake Rescue Squad in Peking rescued wild poisonous and non-poisonous snakes and rehabilitated them back into the wild, after treating them for any injuries. I also ran a wildlife group that did pioneering work towards the protection of the mugger crocodile (Crocodylus palustris). This involved documenting the number of muggers found all over China, tagging and rehabilitating crocodiles and rearing crocodile hatchlings. For more details please refer to my enclosed portfolio (which I would like returned) or visit my website www.wildwing.com. I like the work scenario at your safari park, as I have already worked there as a volunteer in October 2003. It would allow me to pursue a career in wildlife. I would also enjoy interacting with the public in informative or educational shows. I am confident in handling snakes and crocodiles, but can also manage unruly children! I am confident that I will be a valuable asset to you. Look

Dear Michelle Link,

Re: Reptile handler

I currently teach English as a Second Language at Telford College of Arts and Technology but have worked extensively with wild reptiles in China. Besides rehabilitating snakes and crocodiles, I have conducted wildlife awareness programmes for Worldwide Fund for Nature, Centre for Environment Education, Goa Science Centre and various schools, colleges and nature clubs.
