Migrations from SQL Server 2008 r2 to SQL Server 2012

Managed and maintained SQL Server 2008 r2 database servers, logins, roles, database backup and restore policies, and assisted in HA/DR processes

Monitored server performance and usage by using RDCM (Remote Desktop Connection Manager) to manage 50 to 100 servers including SQL Server, SharePoint, CRM and Clustered environments

Investigated and resolved database systems for deadlocks, blocking and overall lack of performance by using DMVs and DMFs (Dynamic Management Views and Functions) and Catalog views.

Configuration Management:

Prepared databases for Agile Development and SCRUM processing

Assisted Configuration Manager in creating and managing sprint merges; forward and reverse integration; release maintenance and further full version management using Visual Studio 2012 TFS

Performed multiple version releases to production and to client facing environments including deployments of XML Data, SSRS Daily Reports and SSAS Business Intelligence Reports and Databases.
