Dear Sir/MadamI take this opportunity to express my interest in
the position available. I am a 24 year old graduate of Rhodes
University. I am excited about pursuing a career in Human Resources
management, or related fields. I enjoy working with people and
within a team. I further enjoy challenging issues and developing
workable solutions, and then communicating these solutions to the
team in a clear and understandable manner. I am also interested in
the organisational development aspects of human resources
management. I believe this is reflected in the 2 majors; politics
and industrial psychology. I strive to live my life with integrity,
loyalty, accountability and compassion. I also strive to ensure
delivery of objectives in a timeous manner. I ensure I understand
the work plan or objectives first, and if not, I ask for guidance
to ensure work is delivered. I am confident enough to know when I
do not need help in finishing a task. I enjoy change as it brings
new challenges as well as the ability to test ones self.I went to
school at Michaelhouse in Kwa-Zulu Natal. I believe I demonstrate
good leadership skills, as I has a School Prefect in my final
year.I enjoy and active lifestyle, and sport, inclusive of
Scuba-diving, trail running, mountain biking and gym.
