courtyard of monastery. The former man's monastery on left to river bank Jauzy. It is based in 1357 by metropolitan Alex, the first abbot — Andronik, pupil Sergija Radonezhsky is named by name. The monastery has been closed in 1918, in its territory one of the first concentration camps for officers and political opponents of the new power settled down till 1922. In 1922-1928 in a monastery the colony for homeless children settled down. In 1928 the territory has been transferred working collective of factory «the Sickle and the Hammer». In 1989 the Spassky cathedral was divine services are consecrated, renewed.
