All prices are subject to change

The hotel must receive the exact number of attendees no later than 3

business days prior to an event. This number will be considered the

guarantee and can not be lowered. If no guarantee is received, the

expected figure provided to the hotel when planning the event will

become the guarantee. Menu selection, as well as room set up and other

special requirements, must be finalized no later than 3 business days

prior to the event. Food and beverage may not be brought into the hotel's

public areas or meeting rooms by patrons or their guests. Also, due to

license restrictions and City of Bloomington health code, the removal of

any food and beverage from the hotel premises is prohibited. The hotel

will not be responsible for any merchandise or articles left in the hotel

before, during, or after an event. Payment shall be made at the conclusion

of the event unless credit has been established with the hotel.

All prices subject to a 21% service charge and applicable state and local

taxes.
