Scriptures:

Rev 12:10-11 Satan is the accuser (Katagotos: “complainant at law”; “a judicially complaint in a court system”) Dan 7:10 Court of Heaven where Judicial activity takes place: “A stream of fire came forth from before Him; a thousand thousands ministered to Him and ten thousand times ten thousand rose up and stood before Him; the Judge was seated [the court was in session] and the books were opened.” Luke 18:1-8 Approach God as Judge. Parable of the Unjust Judge vs a Just Judge. (vs 1,7 &8) “1 Also [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to [a]turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up). 7And will not [our just] God defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night? Will He [f]defer them and [g]delay help on their behalf? 8 I tell you, He will defend and protect and avenge them speedily. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [[h]persistence in] faith on the earth?”

“Adversary”: “one who brings a lawsuit” from (antidikos) anti= against, dikos= right The enemy has brought a case against us in the Court of Heaven. He found a loop hole in our life or bloodline that gives him a case against us that stops God’s answer. Our quest is to cancel the judgment against us through repentance to stop the delay.

KEY: In Rev 12:10-11 They overcome by:

1. Blood of the Lamb: our most powerful weapon we have. Speaks of the finished work of Yeshua. It’s our legal right provided to win in the Court! Col 2:14 (All accusations against us was nailed on the cross) John 16: 8 “And when He (Holy Spirit) comes, He will convict and convince the world and bring demonstration to it about sin and about righteousness (uprightness of heart and right standing with God) and about judgment: 9 About sin, because they do not believe in Me [trust in, rely on, and adhere to Me]; 10 About righteousness (uprightness of heart and right standing with God), because I go to My Father, and you will see Me no longer;11 About judgment, because the ruler (evil genius, prince) of this world [Satan] is judged and condemned and sentence already is passed upon him”. Heb 12:24 Yeshua represents us with a greater more powerful covenant through His blood.

2. Word of Testimony Rev 19:10 (Testimony of Jesus is the spirit of Prophecy on our lips). Must have 2 or 3 witnesses. The Judge cannot move only on the testimony of Jesus. We have to agree with the testimony of what Jesus testifies. It can come out in prayer, decrees and declarations.

3. The overcame the enemy by laying down their (soulish) life down. It puts us in a place of authority. It is a place of holiness. Righteousness gives us the authority in the Courts of Heaven. Righteousness delivers. Ez 14:14; Genesis 18:20-32 (10 righteous would have delivered the city. 10 was the lowest number that constitutes a legal quorum. Rm 8:4 Righteous requirement of the law= might be fulfilled in us+not walking in the flesh but the spirit. (2 Cor 5:21 “For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [[g]endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].” He made it available for us to walk in it.)

Seat of Authority…We are seated with him in the Heavenly realm. (Eph 2:6) Obedience brings us into “a place of abiding” (Rees Howell). God told him not to wear his hat outside (which in Wales was against the culture at that time). Winston Churchill credits the prays of Rees and his prayer group with the fact that Germany did not take over England during the war. Obedience is a personal thing showing surrender moving us into a place of power and authority.

PRAYER IN THE COURTROOM:

“Lord I bring my life to You I ask for the blood of Yeshua to cleanse every place sin, transgression and iniquity.

I ask Lord that the word of my testimony would be in agreement with your testimony. I repent for every place my words have not agreed with your words. I ask you to forgive me for my negativity, for my cynicisms, for words that were not in agreement with you. I ask you to forgive me Lord Jesus. Take my mouth, take my tongue and let me prophecy from a sprit of prophecy that agrees with your testimony!

Lord I lay my life down.; Every place I have been stubborn, Every place I have been self willed; Everywhere I have chosen my own ways. I repent Lord. I ask you Lord, that I would not love my life, even unto death. That my life is for your purpose in the earth. So I surrender my life, my sourish life, and surrender it to you, Lord! I respond to you, Lord Jesus, even as you speak to me.

I ask Lord that I would be deemed and declared righteous before you, because of the blood that speaks on my behalf, and my yielding to the Spirit of God, leading me in paths of righteousness.

Lord even as I take that place, I ask that the case of the accuser against me would now be dismissed. Let it be dismissed so that the breakthrough I have been waiting on NOW comes to me and my family in the purposes of God.

Right now, in Jesus name the accuser’s case against me is dismissed! Breakthrough and answers to my prayers are now released to me in Jesus name AMEN!!!”
