1. THIS COURT ORDERS that The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. shall pay West Face

Capital Inc. costs of the appeal in the amount of $200,000.00 inclusive of HST and

disbursements.

2. THIS COURT ORDERS that The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. shall pay Brandon

Moyse costs of the appeal in the amount of $100,000.00 inclusive of HST and

disbursements.

THIS ORDER BEARS INTEREST at the rate of 3 percent per year commencing

on May 11, 2018.
