NLP IN BUSINESS
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) was first developed in the U.S. in the early 70's
from studying the thinking and behavioural skills used by highly successful people. It
is now used internationally by business people, elite athletes, politicians, therapists,
and for personal development.
Overview (why you need this)
NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired
outcomes. It's a study of excellence and a model of how individuals structure their experience.
More and more business professionals are turning to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for
effective communication, influence, leadership and change management skills. Some of these secrets
and skills have been used by marketers and advertisers with great effect for years.
The way to improve your effectiveness as an individual, leader and as a team player comes down to

• The relationship you have with your work

Our workshops are customised to suit the specific needs of our clients. Our workshops are practical,
relevant and highly interactive. We focus on sustainable change in mindset, skills and behaviours.
There is a good blend of information sharing with personal reflection, practice sessions, case studies
and identification of application opportunities back at work. Group learning and discussions are
encouraged with feedback and coaching from the facilitators. Workbooks are provided with tools and
activities for on-going learning.
Post training, delegates will be provided with free access to an NLP introductory course, which
includes 4 free videos and an e-book.
