Introduction
The rapid Globalization across the world has necessitated the need to study the cultures prevalent in various parts of the world and their impact on the global business. It is no more only local customs and practices which need to be understood .Right from recruitment down to post repatriation adjustments are needed to be understood.
Objectives-
.To provide basic conceptual reference to the student on the various issues of global cultures and their impact on global business
.To give insights into blending HRM practices world wide with the cultural variables.
