In this course, the students will analyze how human behavior is a key concept on achieving organizational goals and objectives when properly handled and utilized. Topics on individual differences, employee motivation; communication, work group behavior, leadership styles; performance appraisal, job satisfaction, stress management and counseling; and organization structures and designs will be given emphasis.
