OUR GOALS

We have trained yoga practitioners from all corners of the globe since 2005 & seen how this beautiful practice has made it possible for many students to realize their dreams & transform their lives.

Our mission is to provide a safe, inspiring and supportive environment in which people can grow and connect with their inner voice.

Through the teaching & practicing of asanas, meditation, pranayama, group discussions & studying yoga philosophy, our students will deepen their understanding of the multidimensional facets of yoga & assimilate them into their contemporary lives

All our Ashtanga Yoga Nicaragua Trainers are registered through the Yoga Alliance Organizations.

This is a comprehensive immersion program for the beginner. It is a practical training programme designed to make you a safe & effective yoga teacher, for beginner students who want to become teachers or deepen their practice. You will also take the steps towards a yogic lifestyle with a deeper understanding of many dimensions of yoga.
