Net Neutrality
Page 16
AT&T has long supported the principles underlying the Open Internet and supported the FCC’s 2010 Open Internet Order. AT&T is appealing portions of the FCC’s 2015 Open Internet Order because AT&T believes that the FCC exceeded its statutory authority by declaring broadband Internet access service a Title II telecommunications service under the Communications Act of 1934. AT&T is complying with, and will continue to comply with, any and all of the FCC’s Open Internet rules unless and until they are overturned in federal court.

E-Rate Eligibility Quarterly Report
17
After the end of each calendar quarter, USAC issues a Quarterly Disbursement Report that details all invoicing activity, BEAR Forms and SPI Forms, processed during that quarter for all funding years. This report allows you to track all of the invoicing activity related to your Billed Entity Number (BEN).
E-Rate Expertise
AT&T has been certified to operate as an eligible telecommunication provider since the E-Rate program’s first year.
AT&T is one of the leading service providers operating under the program in terms of the volume of USF benefits facilitated.
AT&T allows USF benefits to be obtained, at the customer’s option, either in the form of a reimbursement check or a credit on the bill.
