FIRE STOPPING NOTES

All items noted below are to be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer's requirements, technical data sheets and specifications.

MVHR intake and extract terminals (refer to 'Symbol Legend' adjacent) to have fire stopping as duct penetrates inner leaf of wall construction.

ARC Party Wall (PW200) vertical, or similar approved, fire stopping between external walls. All should achieve the same fire rating as the compartment wall/floor adjacent (2hr achieved).

Where noted on the plans internal fire stopping is needed to close 25mm cavity of wall separating ancillary spaces. Refer to notes adjacent, Fire Strategy notes and A(22) series drawings.
