Counter Your Point of Sale Counter Sales Profile– Defaults are defined to reduce the

number of decisions made by the end user.

Counter Your Point of Sale New Features– Force End of Day Balancing

• This control feature forces users to cash out their drawer at the end of the day.

Counter Your Point of Sale New Feature– Discount/Coupon Used

• Discounts and/or Coupons can now be predefined and made active or inactive.

• Values can be defined by a percentage or an amount.

Counter Your Point of Sale New Feature– Disable Ability to Edit Selling Price

• This flag stops users from editing the selling price that is populated on the Over the Counter Sales Screen.

– Cash Customer Code• A Cash Code should be added to your data

base if you do not wish to create a new customer for every Counter Sales transaction. Cash customers cannot have backorders and must pay for their order in full.

– If desired, a quotation can be created in Counter Sales.– This transaction can easily be rolled into a Counter Sales Order

when the Quotation is accepted.

– The Lookup Parts Pricing screen is easily accessible in both the Counter Sales Quotes and Order screens.

– Once accepted, the quote is transferred to an order.

– You may opt to force the view of the Parameters screen with each order. This will be important if you track multiple warehouses, salespeople or sales categories.
