Counsellors  Victoria  Members  Login  Procedures  

1. The  website  will  send  members  an  email  with  the  following  content.

2. Click  on  the  top  link (highlight in blue)  and  you  will  be  taken  to  the  website  where  you  can create  your  own  password.  Once  you  have  created  the  new  password click  save.

3. Next, click  on  the  words  “Counsellors  Victoria  Member”  on  the  same  page  as shown  in  this  image  below.

4. Once  you  have  selected  the  text  you  will  move  to  this  page,  see  below.Here  you  can  edit  your  profile  that  shall  be  displayed  to  on  the  CVmembers  profiles  page.  Click  ‘save’  to  save  the  profile.

5. You  can  now  see  your  profile  in  the  members  section when you hit the CV Members link at the top of the page.

6. To  LOGOUT  of  the  website,  go  to  HOME  and  find  the  USER  MENU  on  theleft  had  side  of  the  page.  Here  you  will  find  the  LOGOUT  BUTTON,  and  canaccess  your  MY  ACCOUNT  profile  page  at  anytime.

7. To   LOGIN   to the site again, you   visit   the   website   and   find   the   USER  LOGIN  box,  on  the  left of  the  page.  Use  the  user  name  and  password  and  answer   the   ‘are   you  a human’  question   (this  math  question   is  used   to  prevent  robots  trying  to access the site). Once in you will then see the USER MENU as per step 6.
