KIBCo is registered with the Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MOEST), the state department of Technical and Vocational Educational Training Authority (TVET) which is legally charged with regulation of middle level colleges. TVET Act has formed a body called Curriculum Development, Assessment & Certification Council (CDACC) in-charge of Curriculum development, assessment and Certification.
