Roundtable Board – Officers require membership in CSCMP
Board Members Role Name = Opening
President Ensures that local body functions within CSCMP’s Roundtable Policies. Conduct regular and effective board meetings, ensure goals and objectives are met through board member participation in fulfilling their individual responsibilities and that all required operating reports are completed and submitted according to expectations.
James Amoah
VP of Programs Ensures that topics and speakers (and panellists) are identified, contacted and committed with arrangements made for them to address the RT on a specific date. The program schedule for the entire year is pre-planned with replacement programs and short notice speakers on hand in the event of speaker cancellations
Ursula Schmeling
VP of Membership Serves as main liaison between the RT Service Centre and the RT in regards to membership and member engagement campaigns. He or she is a source of local ideas, methods and promotions, which will increase participation in RT events, membership and member engagement.
Thomas Kofler
Treasurer Coordinates and reports for all RT financial matters in accordance with CSCMP Financial Policies. This may include financial arrangements for meeting facilities, food and beverage, as well as collecting and distributing RT funds.
Oliver Krug
Secretary records and maintains roundtable records as well as submits minutes from each RT Board meeting to the Roundtable Service Centre. He or she may also provide registration support.
Cinzia Kofler
Sponsorship Chair Research, identify, solicit and obtain sponsors. Compile a prospect list consisting of past and potential new sponsors. Work with event leadership to ensure sponsors receive all contracted amenities and year-round engagement and recognition.
ArantzaElizagarate
Education Chair the liaison between the RT and local educational institutions and should strive to improve the level of communication between educators and business communities. This position is often the lead on student sponsorships and scholarships.

YoungProfessionals Chair
Ensures understanding of the needs of young professionals at any stage - graduates, new positions in SCor already on career path - is represented. Promotes , engages and coordinates activities that provide necessary tools for young professionals to develop a valuable network, get involved and grow professionally
