– supports the efforts of the governments and/or local authorities by means of long term investment loans on very favorable conditions for social projects

– promotes the participation in the design and implementation of projects

– develops comprehensive programs including education, housing health and job creation

CEB’s action– provides loans at favorable conditions for the

implementation of sustainable projects (social housing, health, education, vocational training, job creation)
