DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS WITH OUR PROCEDURE- COMPARE WITH YOUR RUNNING PROCESS: On Jigger (Innovative process for pretreatment and dyeing printing of cotton fabrics) 1) Preparing of chemical bath with our special Nano chemicals. (A) RX-54 3% (W.O.F) (B) LN-35 1% (W.O.F) (c) NR-55 1% (W.O.F) (D) XL-777 2% (W.O.F) And 15 Degree caustic soda Now start Grey padding with the above solutions. 2) Hold the fabric for 12-24 Hours on Trolley. 3) Loading on jigger and start hot wash-4 end (80-90 degree) Ideal hot wash liquor: With 2-3% caustic soda. 4) To cold wash: Add hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite as usual. 5) PH as usual 6) Now RFD is ready for dyeing or printing as usual ----------------------------- On jet dyeing -------------- 1) Prepare chemical bath in jet: (A) RX-54 3% (W.O.F) (B)LN-35 1% (W.O.F) (c) NR-55 1% (W.O.F) (D) XL-777 2% (W.O.F) And 6% Caustic soda (W.O.F) and if required add non silicon deformer. 2) Now start Grey loading and run for one hour at room temperature. 3) Drain the solution. 4) Now add 6% caustic soda, 0.5% soda ash and 1% Hydrogen peroxide. 5) Increase the temperature up to 100 Degree and hold temperature for 45 Minutes. 6) After 45 Minutes drain the solution. 7) Run hot wash for 20 minutes at 90 degree. 8) One cold wash at 3% peroxide, 1% soda ash, Required hypochlorite and stabilizer (sodium silicate) and increase temperatures up to 90 degree Options: *Add NID as required if materials are for dyeing

  • *Add whitener if materials are for printing 9) Run for 45 minutes at 90 Degree 10) Give Cold wash, PH correction as required and take goods out. 11) RFD is Ready (Ready for dyeing or printing) For trial and dealership please call: 9824167374 or send email : [email protected]
