effectively communicating with college stores in today’s evolving industry can be no easy task so, this year, we’re introducing an exciting new training program
designed to equip you with additional strategies that will streamline your sales pitch and, ultimately, make your
job easier.

The Next Stepin Sales Training
EffectiveOnline TrainingStarting March 1, 2013, you will begin the virtual portion of ourtraining through the Costigan Training University (CTU). By accessinga current library of interactive training programs, you can completethis portion at your own pace. Plus, we’ll add more programsthroughout the year, to further enhance your understanding!
The lessons are available 24/7 for easy access anytime; you caneven use them for reinforcement training, once the CTU program iscomplete. Your manager will provide you with detailed instructionson how you can begin the virtual training, as soon as it is available.They will then have the ability to monitor your performance andprogress in the program, so be sure to get an early start.
Provided by the Costigan TrainingCompany, this professional program willbuild on the foundation of salesmethodology that many of you are familiar with,while also expanding your knowledge of MBS products and services.
One key benefit this program offers over others is the insight of realsales professionals who have perfected the process of both selling andclosing business. Their philosophy is built not just around concepts, butrather through their own experiences in various industries.
All Field Representatives will embark on this exciting opportunitythrough both virtual programs and live events scheduled throughoutthe coming year.
InteractiveLive TrainingDuring our sales meeting, held theweek of July 15, we will discussthese programs and integrate theknowledge from them into livetraining lessons on MBS productsand service, so please complete allCTU lessons by this time. Hotelaccommodations have been madefor all representatives at theCourtyard by Marriott and your managementteam will work with you to coordinate car rentals and travel expenses.
