PROBLEMS Inconsistent Demand in the market so there is no
fixed buffer stock
Loss of loyal customers due to lack of adequatebuffer stock
Sterilized products i.e. the dresses have a life of
approximately 6 months , so waste margin of 0.5%has to be taken
