Mr. B.V. Sinha (Director) He is one of the founder Directors of our Company, has

been an outstanding Senior Executive of the State Bank Group. He received extensive exposure in credit dispensation and management both as a Corporate Level functionary and branch head of several Extra Large Branches. He possesses extensive insight into a wide spectrum of industrial segments, their financial requirements and the modalities of tying the same up. In his post bank days, he has very actively been associated with Fund Raising for business ventures, both as debt and equity, Corporate Debt Restructuring and Rehabilitation of Sick Units. Several Professionals in banks as well as in industry keep on looking up to him for advice.

Mr. Rajesh Mishra (Director)He is one of the founder Directors of our

Company, has more than 25 years experience in field of fund raising, project finance, debt restructuring. He entered the Financial Industry as Technical graduate and Management Post Graduate in Finance & grew up to become an expert financial advisor. Prior to setting up the practice, he worked with one the leading bank for more than 2 decades. Vineeta has rich experience in executing projects involving restructuring of existing debt through RBI’s CDR Mechanism and debt syndication. It has been acquired through successful handling of more than 35 cases covering companies from wide spectrum of industries having small to large scale operations. A decade long career and a passion for number crunching have earned her a good name in the banking industry.

Prior to venturing into her own consultancy firm, Vineeta has worked as Vice President in a leading financial consultancy firm wherein she headed the CDR department and her role involved working closely with client’s upper management, formulating a strategy, executing the same through series of meeting with bank officials, representing company in JLM’s and getting the plan implemented through CDR Cell and bank’s head offices.

She has also closely worked with many leading consultancy firm’s like SBI Caps, Mott MacDonald, Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) NITCON, PNB Investment.

Faraz has rich experience in Debt Restructuring and Debt Syndication, which has been acquired through number of successful handling of such projects from wide spectrum of industries in a short span of time.

Prior to starting his own venture he worked as ‘Project Manager’ Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) and resource mobilization department with one of the leading consultancy firm. His role involved complete management of a project starting from understanding requirement of corporate clients and building appropriate strategies through series of meeting with upper management, executing the worked out strategy through analytical financial modeling, report making and finally getting it implemented by presenting the same to banks, handling of their queries, attending JLM’s on behalf of company and obtaining banker’s approval for the same. His role also involved extensive travelling all across India working for clients from varied industries.

He has also actively worked with leading consultancies including PFCCL, Mott McDonald, Dun & Bradstreet etc.

Talib has hands-on experience in the field of developing strategies for debt syndication, debt settlement and distress funding cases. Prior to setting up his own firm he was associated with a leading financial consultancy based at Delhi. His role involved extensive working in developing business for the firm which entailed researching new type of financial services, pitching in for new clients, offering varied set of solutions for existing clients by understanding their business need, formulating a customized solution and implementing the same through series of meetings with bankers, giving them presentations and handling of their queries..

He has successfully handled cases of settlements and distress funding through ARC’s special situation funds wherein he was actively involved in due diligence exercises.
