Lifting your business to the next levelCOSALT Offshore Norge AS is an enterprise of competence (EOC) for cranes and lifting/rigging equipment, including manufacturing, sales, inspec-tions, testing and rental. The main focus is on heavy, customized rigging.
The lifting sling manufacturing facility has extensive capacity, with equipment including four swaging presses.Among the swaging presses are one 2500t and one 2000t and the skilled staff and riggers make up one of the most experienced teams in the business.
The company has available large inside and outdoors areas. The yard is 6000 m2 and the inside area is 3700 m2.The rigging shop has an effective set up of 1000 m2, storage of customers equipment takes up 2000 m2 and the rest contains the company’s leading brands of lifting equipment for sale.
COSALT Offshore Norge AS delivers a leading logistic system for storage, mobilization and demobilization of clients equipment. The system also includes equipment service, inspection and a web based tool for tracking of equipment, distribution of documentation and equipment history.
The success achieved co-operating with the most demanding companies in the offshore sector and a systematicapproach to improvements has added value to the customers enterprise and made the company’s growth possible.
Inspection is a vital part of COSALT Offshore, and the company is an authorized inspection body to NS-EN-45004:1995. Det Norske Veritas has issued a certificate No:95-OSL-AQ-6276 dated 2. June 2003, which states that COSALT Offshore Norge AS has been found to conform to the: Quality System Standard NS-EN ISO 9001:2000.
