1• Ogni sciatore deve comportarsi in modo da non mettere in pericolo la persona altrui o provocare danno.
2• Ogni sciatore deve tenere una velocità ed un comportamento adeguati alla propria capacità.
3• È Lo sciatore a monte che deve scegliere il percorso.
4• Il sorpasso è libero ma sempre a una distanza tale da consentire le evoluzioni dello sciatore sorpassato.
5• Nell’attraversare incroci o aree attrezzate bisogna fare attenzione.
6• La fermata in pista è vietata se non in caso di necessità e sempre in bordo pista ed in aree visibili.
7• Lo sciatore deve rispettare la segnaletica.
8• È obbligatorio prestare assistenza agli infortunati e avvisare il soccorso piste.
9• Chiunque sia coinvolto in un incidente deve fornire le proprie generalità se richieste.
10• Casco obbligatorio sino a 14 anni e consigliato a tutti gli sciatori.

cross counTry skier
1• Rispettare gli altri sciatori, l’ambiente e le piste.
2• Attenersi alla segnaletica.
3• Seguire la traccia. Se la pista è battuta a più binari, lo sciatore deve utilizzare il tracciato di destra. I gruppi devono procedere sempre in fila sul binario destro.
4• Sorpasso. Lo sciatore che precede non è tenuto a dare pista, tuttavia deve lasciare il passo al fondista più veloce.
5• Nel caso di percorso a doppio senso di marcia, durante gli incroci entrambi gli sciatori devono liberare la pista portandosi sulla propria destra. Sui pendii la precedenza spetta allo sciatore che scende.
6• Sciare sempre in sicurezza controllando la velocità ed il comportamento.
7• La sosta, anche in caso di caduta, deve essere effettuata fuori dai binari e dalla pista.
8• In caso di incidente è sempre obbligatorio prestare soccorso.
9• Chiunque sia coinvolto in un incidente o ne sia testimone è tenuto a fornire le proprie generalità.
10• Se sul percorso si sta svolgendo una gara si deve lasciare libera la pista fino al termine della competizione.

6• Speed control and behaviour.
