2 Make a reservation by phone, fax, email or inperson. We can hold a provisional booking for upto 14 days, after which, if we do not receive yourdeposit, it will automatically be released.
3 Confirm your reservation with a non-refundabledeposit of £10 per person (£15 per person forParty Nights). This can be paid by cash (in person)or by credit/debit card (either in person or byphone).
4 Finally, confirm the menu choice for your guestsno later than 14 days in advance. This should beaccompanied by payment in full for the numbersyou have confirmed as attending.
