CORRIGENDUM TO TENDER NOTICE NO:1

Name of work : Civil Works for the beautification of CSL compound wall (Phase-1)

Tender No : CIV/012/2017/DGM(CE) Dt. 05.03.2018

The following amendments are made to the above mentioned tender:-

1. In Sl. No: 19 of tender schedule, the drawing showing details of Precast Ferro Cement slab

is attached as Annexure-I.

2. In Sl. No: 27 of tender schedule, the dimensions of garden bench is L 90cm x B 50cm x H

44.50cm or nearest. Drawing showing the representation of Garden Bench is attached as

Annexure-II.

3. The date of issue, submission and opening of tender is modified as follows:

i) Last date and time of issue of tender forms : 28-03-2018 upto 15.00 hrs.

ii) Last date and time of receipt of tender : 29-03-2018 upto 15.00 hrs.

iii) Date and time of opening of tender : 29-03-2018, 15.30 hrs.

All other Terms and conditions shall remain unaltered. This corrigendum will form a

part of the contract.
