A. All SA elections and referenda shall take place to all enrolled UWM16Students.17
B. The Elections Commissionshall approve the ballot to be used in the election.19

A. Student Association Elections will be held a consecutive Tuesday,2829

Wednesday, and Thursday of April and/or May. If polling is online,
polling will open at 12:01am on Tuesday, and will conclude on 11:59pm on
Thursday. If polling is paper, then it shall be held for the same duration of
days, except conforming to the business hours of the UWM Student Union(unless the IEC has a compelling reason to schedule otherwise).The
Commissionshall announce elections results within 24 hours of polls
closing.

Signature sheets will be made available publicly in the UWM Student Union
on the bulletin board outside EG79 and directly by email from the IEC within
24 hours of the passage of this constitutional referendum.

Section 2- Signatures1

The burden of proof required to assess points shall be beyond a reasonable doubt. This1
means that there must be no doubt in the fact-finders mind that the individual accused of2
the violation committed that violation.34
Section 4-Removal5
6 A. Once accumulating 125 points, Senatorial candidates may be removed from the7ballot by 2/3 majority vote of the Commission.8
B. Once accumulating 250 points, Presidential/Vice Presidential tickets may be9removed from the ballot by 2/3 majority vote of the Commission.10

A.
Recall election requests shall be made only after four months of the new17 administration taking power.18

B. The petitioner shall present a claim outlining the reasons for the recall request20to the elections commission.21

C. The recall petition must be verified by the Commission and must contain the23amount of signatures required according to what is specified in the section24corresponding to the type of recall election.25

E. Upon the successful completion of a recall petition, the Commission will set30the date, by a 2/3 majority vote, for a special election, which shall not be more31than 30 days after the petition is verified.32

A. At the top of each page there must be a statement outlining the accusations37against the candidate, as well as the candidates name, and his or her office.38

B. Petitions must have the students name, signature, school or college, date, and40his or her student I.D. number.41
42C. The statute of limitations on such a petition shall be 30 days from the date it is43
initiated.44

D. The amount of signatures required to initiate a recall election on any elected1official is the same amount of ballots that were casted for the election of the2
office of President/ Vice President in the most previous election.34
