Please find attached documentation concerning the above describedwell . The former operator of the well (Skelly Oil Co .)is no longer in business . The well was plugged as per OCC rules in1943 and was a mud plugged well . The well bore is located

approximately 20' from the footing of the future school, the Cesar

Chavez Public School, which is part of the Maps Project for Kids .

We request this complaint be sent to emergency hearing so that an

order is issued in order to request State Funds to plug this well .
