1 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Note on CSR Initiatives at Infotech Enterprises Ltd Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are implemented through Infotech Enterprises Charitable Trust. Infotech established Infotech Enterprises Charitable Trust (IECT) with a view towards returning something back to society which is proportionate to success in business. Our primary focus is on imparting primary education to under privileged strata of society. 0.5 % of Net profits earmarked for CSR on a year-on-year basis. The Aims and objectives of the trust are • To adopt and develop govt schools into models schools which lack basic infrastructural facilities for the children from low socio economic background ( Gachibowli Upper Primary School and Zilla Parishad High School, Shamsiguda, Kukatpally, Hyderabad ) • To provide for education, food and clothing to the street children ( Krushi Home –Medchal) • To Provide Scholarships, fellowships, grants etc. and/or otherwise render financial assistance by providing loans to deserving candidates engaged in the fields of education. Adopt a Govt School Initiative : Gachibowli Upper Primary School: Hyderabad On 13th August 2007 Infotech adopted Government -Gachibowli upper school and is continuously striving for improvising quality of education being imparted by providing various means. Provided the below mentioned facilities Works undertaken at Gachibowli School Constructed 3 rooms for class 8th, 9th, 10th and upgraded the school into high school School building main gate replaced, 24X7 security Note Books & Uniforms to school Children Teaching staff -5 Vidya Volunteers & Donated 5 end of life computers after refurbishing Toilets construction & Restored Power connection Modifying the Compound wall & Dining hall Support Mid day meal by providing boiled egg 3 days a week Play area & White washing for class rooms

Krushi Home- Medchal: Constructed Upadhi Block at Krushi – Home for Street Children, Medchal, Hyderabad to generate rural employment among local villagers.

Flood Relief Activities: Infotech extended financial support to the Government of Andhra Pradesh (CM’s Relief Fund) towards flood relief activities in the FY 2009. Donated to Karnataka Govt for flood relief activities in this state.

Donation of Clothes (Used and New): Donated clothes to flood ravaged district of Krishna, Andhra Pradesh during FY 2009.

Financial Assistance to Infotech Employees affected by flood in FY 2009: Six associates from Infotech were given interest free loans as a humanitarian gesture that helped them to some extent to overcome the financial difficulties they suffered due to floods.

Blood Donation Camp: Organized Blood Donation Camp with the help of Red Cross.

Eye Donation Camp: Infotech Enterprises in association with Eye Bank Association of India, conducted an eye donation camp.

Donation of end of life refurbished computers: Donated 10 computers to Helen Keller Institute, Mumbai.
