Since the incepton of Zeconia, the directors have been intent upon conducting company business in a manner which is ethically and morally in line with the best practices accepted within the industry.

We are duly registered with the appropriate authorities, and have active relationships with OEMs. Zeconia is administratively headquartered in Lagos, with a warehouse and operational base in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
Todays proactive measures are designed to identify and remove risk to people, equipments and the environment and to foster an open minded culture which values Safety and Health for its own sake. Health, Safety and Environment
Our efforts to create and maintain a safe and healthy workplace is a collective one which every member of staff is proud to be involved in. We will continue to develop our practices at every stage of our business growth both internally and externally
For our drivers, guidelines are available to ensure that they meet up with road safety rules and regulations and other safety measures. Drivers are to ensure amongst other things that they:
• Wear seat belts at all times• Never drive without a valid driver’s license• Never drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol• Ensure that the vehicle is in roadworthy condition before use• Maintain speed limits and obey driving rules• Report faults immediately to supervisor
Domestic and technical personnel are also made to adhere with health and safety measures in the discharge of their respective duties. These include:
• Ensuring that tools are properly stored and maintained• Ensuring that right clothing are worn in the course of duty e.g. overalls, gloves, boots• Ensuring that equipment are switched off after usage• Regular servicing of work equipment with accompanying reports

Maintaining a safe workplace is of topmost priority to management and measures have been taken to ensure there are no attendant risks in the immediate working environment. Through management leadership and employee commitment, ZECONIA’s operations are carried out with minimal exposure to environmental hazards.
With a percentage of our employees being away from the central working office in Lagos and stationed in Port Harcourt, all personnel are trained to comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies in their various stations.
A safe workplace provides for delivery of high quality service. This understanding continues to contribute to management’s efforts in providing a morale boosting environment for positive development of our workforce. We have created and strive to maintain a safe working environment thereby preventing workplace injuries.
