Berkwood’s Lac Guéret Extensions Project directly borders Mason Graphite’s property to the east and south and shares similar prospective geology including along strike stratigraphic units, structure and geophysical anomalies.

• The GC Zone contains NI43-101 Proven+Probable Mineral Reserves of 62.875MT grading 17.2% Cg (=10.8MT Graphite) in an open pit configuration. The surface area has been defined over 1200m by up to 240m wide

• The November 2015 Feasibility Study indicates robust economics with capital costs of C$165.9M, after tax NPV(8%) of C$352M, IRR of 34.3%, payback of 2.6 years and 25 year mine life with significant upside to expand resources

• The zone is marked by strong electromagnetic (“EM”) geophysical anomalies

Airborne Geophysical Survey (MAG-EM)

*The high-resolution geophysical survey, comprising 415 linear kilometres with a line spacing of 200 metres, was conducted by Prospectair Geosurveys Inc. of Gatineau, Quebec. The results were processed and interpreted by Joël Dubé, Engineer and senior geophysical consultant for Dubé & Desaulniers Geoscience of Ottawa, Ontario.

• In 2014 Berkwood flew a high resolution magnetic-electromagnetic (MAG-EM) airborne geophysical survey* over its Lac Guéret South Block which successfully identified several large EM anomalous zones

• These EM anomalies are similar to

those over the graphite zones at Mason Graphite

• Initial interpretation and ground

investigation indicates the anomalies are likely caused by repetition and thickening of conductive, probably graphitic, horizons

• Two strong EM conductors, Zone 1

and Zone 2 were chosen for follow up ground exploration (see next slide)

• In January 2016, Berkwood announced results of a follow up ground geophysics survey* to ground truth and better delineate the airborne geophysics anomalies on its Lac Guéret South Block . Highlights of the survey results were:

• Zone 1 is characterized by two individual limbs over 2,000 meters long and 50 meters to 600 meters in width. The western part of this zone is now better delineated over an apparent 800m length and up to a 300m width. This western area is interpreted as a potential bulk graphite zone interlayered within the hinge of a complex fold.

• Zone 2 consists of two parallel east-west anomaly limbs with the main anomaly limb measuring 1,000 meters in length and 60 meters in width and located along strike of Mason Graphite’s GC Zone.

• Both anomalies are similar in strength and occur in the same geological units as the Mason Graphite zones

Ground Geophysics Survey (MAG-EM)

*A total of 30.67 line kilometers of PhiSpy TDEM (time domain electromagnetic), 38.56 line kilometers of Magnetic and 1.15 line kilometer of VLF-EM ground surveying was completed with nearly-continuous (<0.5 meter spacing) readings on Zones 1, 2 & 4 along north-south lines variably spaced 50, 100 and 200 meters apart..The results were processed and interpreted by Joël Dubé, Engineer and senior geophysical consultant for Dubé & Desaulniers Geoscience of Ottawa, Ontario. Zone 4 did not produce significant results.
