Executive SummaryPriyanka Group, founded by Mr. Utkarsh Mehta, is a growing construction company for more than two decades having its Head office in Vadodara, Gujarat – India, focusing on infrastructure construction including Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Institutional, Mass Housing, etc.
Priyanka Infra, subsidiary of Priyanka Group is an “ISO 9001: 2008” certified company with a rich and varied experience in the field of civil construction and has been engaged in this business for more than two decades. PromotersMr. Utkarsh Mehta, Founder, Chairman & CEO B.E. (Civil) Graduate from MSU Vadodara. Mr. Utkarsh has gained vast experience working with multinational companies both in India and abroad in all kinds of civil projects prior to founding Priyanka Constructions in 1996 and making it one of the most reliable construction companies in Gujarat, India.
Mrs. Sujata Mehta, Director Post Graduate from MS University Vadodara, Mrs Mehta heads company’s Administrative & HR functions. She has been associated with the company since its inception and with her vast experience in people management skills, she supports the smooth conduct of operations through effective people management.
Mr. Ronak Mehta, Director MBA from Babson College, Boston, and undergraduate from Purdue University Mr. Mehta, a CPA, heads company’s investor relations. Currently in America, he has been part of a prestigious two year leadership development program at United Technology Corporation and three years as a senior accounting consultant at Ernst Young successfully advising clients and leading teams. He is now a senior revenue growth strategy consultant at Simon Kucher & Partners and will return to India in Q4 of 2017 to join the business full time.

This is to confirm that M/s Priyanka Constructions [Baroda] Pvt Limited has been awarded various works at our BarejaVraj Textile Park for Polyfims Projects since year 2013 . They have completed total works of Rs 41 Crores so far excludingSteel and Cement . With Steel and Cement the Value of works completed will be @ Rs 65 Crores which is supplied free ofcost to them .
Based on their Performance we have further awarded Line 4 Plant Building of @ Rs 15 Crores with infrastructures toPriyanka which is about to commence .
Completed works includes
1 BOPP Line 2 Plant Building of 8500 SQM Area & Infra structural works in 2Ot3-14 of(Excluding Cement, Reinforcement Steel and Structural Steel)

3 CP Plant @300000 Sqft out of which CP building is the tallest Building of Plant 34 Meters high of 25000 SFT slab areaevery
7.5 meters height , total area of 125000 SFT has been completed by Priyanka in shortest timeOf less than 8 Months . Balance works after equipment erections are ongoing . value of Rs 23 crores
Total work done by Priyanka in span of 3 years in various orders as above Rs 41 crores
They are found to be financially Sound , Technically Competent and Resourceful in Mobilising Equipment, PlantsMachinery & Labourers at shortest possible time as per requirement of the Project and are found capable to take up andcomplete any challenging Project timely with quality .
