by side. Our consolidation solution is certified in accordance

Consolidated analyses displayed at all levels
With Corporate Planner Cons, you can produce all the main
analyses on individual company level as well as for the group
as a whole. These include the statement of changes in fixed
assets and in equity and the analyses of provisions, receiva-
bles and payables. You can also create as many additional
analyses as you like. With the help of an adaptive wizard, you
allocate all consolidation postings to the respective analyses.
The carrying values of the balance sheet and those of the
analyses are reconciled in each consolidation step.
Intercompany relationships eliminated automatically
Use partner details to make the elimination of intercom-
pany liabilities and intercompany expenses and income fully
automatic. If partner details are unavailable, you can use
intercompany accounts or any summary accounts you like
for derecognising intercompany receivables/payables and
intercompany expenses/income. Where offsetting diffe-
rences arise, you can either recognise them in profit or loss
or directly in equity. Warning thresholds in the solution can
be applied for this purpose.
Consolidation workflows - clear and straightforward
The software guides you through the entire consolidation
process, from defining the individual companies to producing
the consolidated financial statement. It offers you maximum
clarity by breaking down the consolidation workflow process
into easily manageable sections. For instance, the first section
covers the general settings, such as defining the flexible time
axis and organising the charts of accounts, while the second
goes on to deal with the consolidation process itself. In both
sections, all the settings and consolidation steps depend on
one another. None of the essential information is left out.
