Is there a minimum order required to qualify for a volume discount? Yes, our order requires a minimum of 30 units to qualify for a discount.

Do you offer support for corporate events? Yes, event support is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide.

Payment terms?Pricing does depend on the size of the order. We initially ask for up-to 50% deposit, confirmed at the time of order placement. ShippingFree domestic shipping available within Australia on orders with a single delivery; negotiable rates available on multiple deliveries.Timeframes dependent on product selection and order size.

Is International Shipping available? Yes, we ship internationally, international charges will apply.

Brand Logo Personalisation: Monogramming is complimentary unless it’s a-part of an activation. We charge for a branded logo plate if required.
