Corporate Finance Intern Central Responsibilities: Corporate Finance Intern (potentially transitioning to permanent role) – Clean Energy Investor, Singapore   A global inv estor and dev elope r of clean en ergy pro jects is looking to strengthen its corpora te finan ce team in Si ngapore. Th e role will initiall y be a 3 - 6 month paidsuperv ised int ernship but for the right individual there is a good chance of subsequently joining the team permanently as an Associate. Building and maintaining financial models for new and existing investments Supporting analysis of overall portfolio performance including quarterly fund valuation Managing specific portfolio monitoring and investor relation functions including project financial tracking, preparation of performance reports and delivery of the quarterly newsletter Supporting the assessment and structuring of new business opportunities (deal evaluation, due diligence, commercial and financial negotiation, preparation of investment memorandums etc.) Providing support for restructuring, fund raising and other activities as required Supporting the execution of trades and structured sales of carbon credits  Requirements: Strong academic record with a minimum of 1 years relevant work experience (finance, engin eer ing, c onsultancy etc .) and/or high quality i nternship exper ience Enthusiasm for the sustainability and cleantech sector Strong qualitative and quantitative skills - experience building financial models is a distinct advantage Team player with initiative and high level of agility Good interp ersonal skills, written and oral communication Working knowledg e of MS Excel, Word and Power Point For interested candidates, kindly submit your application together with your resume on or before Thursday 31 st January 2013. Corporate Finance InternCentral

Responsibilities:

 A global investor and developer of clean energy projects is looking to strengthen its corporate finance

team in Singapore. The role will initially be a 3 - 6 month paidsupervised internship but for the right

individual there is a good chance of subsequently joining the team permanently as an Associate.
