Te dandelion resembles nature,INSPIRES CREATIVITY, and creates the willingnessto move on, around, and through the known tocreate the best possible products all over the world.Te yellow, orange, teal, and deep turquoise colorscheme encourages a CREATIVE, CALMING,CONNECTED,and CONCENTRATEDworkplace,while the hexagons and nodes throughout the floorplan produce COLLABORATIONzones for groupthinking. Multi-functional magnetic whiteboardsthroughout the space can be used for projections,displays, and jotting down new ideas. In additionto improving the work environments, NEX is alsoenvironmentally conscious. All of the lighting fixturesare ENERGY EFFICIENTand the use of movableglass walls and lower partitions let as much daylighting as possible flow through the space. Privacyglass will be installed to provide CONFIDENTIALITY

while supporting the open concept. Workers haveaccess to workstations; however they are encouragedto MOVE AROUNDand work in various spacesthroughout the day. Project rooms can be reser ved,collaboration nodes are placed throughout the space,and workers are also encouraged to bring thei r work tothe caf.
