Trained by the National Speakers Association, she is a facilitator, a moderator of government forums and a domestic mediator with the state of Michigan. Kathey is also a certified Restorative Justice facilitator. She has her own workshops and radio program-ReDesigning Your Life. She has worked with hundreds of individuals going through life changes such as divorce, death of a spouse, empty nest, job loss and other life transitions.

HOW TO HELP YOUR CHILDREN THROUGH DIVORCE: During the trauma of divorce, employees are frightened, insecure and stressed-functioning in survival mode. Children are lost in the devastation. Employees need a voice of reason during this difficult time. We discuss what your children are experiencing, what to expect and how you can help them. And in the process help the adults.
