    Technologically Enhanced Training

    Through scenario-based exercises in the classroom and in specialized training devices, cabin

    attendants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eciently manage any situation, routine

    or emergency. Full-scale corporate cabin trainers with smoke and audio capabilities simulate alielike cabin environment, providing optimum conditions or integrated saety and service training

    scenarios. These trainers include FAA-accepted emergency exits and other interior eatures specic

    to many popular business jets.

    Cabin attendants gain valuable reghting experience in an aircrat-cabin re trainer, a uselage-

    shaped structure designed to place participants in a setting that replicates the conned space o

    the aircrat and the intense challenges associated with re and smoke in the cabin.

    We conduct water landing and sea survival training in a swimming pool, using lie vests and rats

    similar to those typically installed on corporate jets.

    General Emergency Training

    FlightSaetys General Emergency Training provides corporate fight crewmembers with the knowledge

    and procedures to handle emergency situations. General emergency drills instruct crewmembers and

    passengers in the actual use o emergency equipment such as window and door exits, re extinguishers,

    oxygen equipment, lie vests and lie rats. This training is also available onsite at your acility.

    eLearning Crew Emergency Training

    Learn aviation emergency best practices on your own time and at your own pace. Training ocuses on

    CRM procedures and communication in an emergency situation, procedures to handle dierent types

    o emergencies, and the undamentals o survival during an evacuation. Modules include crewmember

    incapacitation, severe turbulence, security threats, decompression, causes and proper responses toonboard re, land and water survival techniques and more.

    Exective Emergency Training

    This customized training course or requent passengers typically is taught osite but is available at any

    FlightSaety training acility. The program can be tailored to your companys requirements, ocusing on

    your specic aircrat and equipment.

    G500/G550 Evacation Crewmember Training*

    Initial This requirement can be accomplished as part o a Corporate Cabin Attendant Initial, Recurrent

    or General Emergency Training Event. To complete your FAA certication requirements, please review

    your aircrat-specic cabin amiliarization DVD and document your review.

    Recrrent This course meets most o the recurrent FAA requirements or the G500/G550 evacuation

    crewmember. To complete your FAA recurrent certication requirements, please review your aircrat-

    Corporate Cabin Service

    While ood saety is an integral part o this curriculum, the ocus here is on ood service, teaching the skills

    you need to create an atmosphere conducive to ne in-fight dining experiences. This course covers properood handling, storage and preparation, and includes modules on plating and garnishing, domestic and

    international catering and menu planning.

    Cabin Commnications and Entertainment

    We custom-designed this course or the corporate cabin attendant by combining system description with

    instruction on operation, interaces and basic troubleshooting. Training helps you gain amiliarity with digital

    cabin management systems or entertainment, environment control and other amenities through hands-on training

    or the most popular systems. This course covers MagnaStar C-2000, Honeywell Satellite Communications,

    Airshow, Rockwell Collins DVD and CD entertainment equipment, and reviews BBML and VoIP systems.

    Minutes count when illness or injury strikes. In fight, the cabin attendant becomes the emergency

    rst responder. Be prepared to recognize and stabilize nearly any onboard medical incident with

    initial and recurrent training rom MedAire. Training begins with eLearning modules taken at

    Corporate ServSafe Food ProtectionManager Certification

    Corse Description The ServSae program is recognized andaccepted by more ederal, state and local jurisdictions than any otherood saety program. It is a nationally recognized and accreditedcertication sae ood handling course by the American NationalStandards Institute (ANSI) Conerence or Food Protection.

This On-Site Flight Crew Cabin Communicationscourse is designed to provide on-aircrat amiliarization and operationalunderstanding o the Cabin Communication System. Working closely withGulstream, we will tailor the course to your aircrat specications and yourtraining requirements.

    This course is designed to meet the training requirements o corporatepilots and cabin attendants. The On-Site Flight Crew Cabin ManagementCourse is designed to provide on-aircrat amiliarization and operationalunderstanding o the Cabin Management System. Working closely withGulstream, we will tailor the course to your aircrat specications and yourtraining requirements.

    The Flight Crew Cabin Management Course provides the client a uniquemixture o system description and system interaces combined with actualtraining on the clients aircrat. The ollowing systems will be covered: Adio: Control o distributed audio rom sources such as: CD, DVD

    and PEDs such as iPods.

    properly troubleshooting an intermittent ailure.
