Atlantic Commercial Design specializes in the management of corporate facilities with an emphasis on design, interior
construction, technology, space planning, furniture application, financial controls and human resources.
Founded by a group of professionals with diverse experience in facilities, corporate products and interior construction, the vision
of Atlantic Commercial Design is to provide a wide range of services to the corporate arena.
Each principal has spent a minimum of a decade reviewing and evaluating space, design, interior construction, and their
applications in the corporate community.
While we are a single source facility management group, we have become a liaison between the client and their Landlord to
facilitate the design and interior construction phase of a project. By coordinating requirements of both Landlord and client,
Atlantic is able to design and build a space that meets the expectations of the “Delivered Building”. This coordination allows for a
project to remain on time, in budget, and adhere to the leasing agreement.
Atlantic Commercial Design offers a large variety of services that we have customized to be used as a Menu. Atlantic
Commercial Design understands that each client has different requirements and therefore, we offer the ability to choose from our
Scope of Services which best fits their needs. All of these services indicated below can be proposed separately or on a by
project basis.

Atlantic Commercial Design Renderings
Design/Space Planning:
Atlantic Commercial Design’s project team will meet with the client to outline the scope of the project. We will determine project
goals, procedures and begin preliminary programming. Atlantic Commercial will meet with key personnel to interview them and
gather detailed program information, validate personnel counts, develop adjacency data and collect all available information
pertaining to the space. The tasks listed below, are a summary of services that will be performed to complete the
design/space planning process.

Pre-lease Site Evaluation:
Atlantic Commercial Design will provide space evaluation to potential tenants to determine qualified space requirements for
future tenant occupancy. This space evaluation will determine the required square footage needed for present occupancy as
well as future growth.
Interior Construction:
Our success is derived from renovating and customizing existing buildings to meet our clients needs while adhering to budget
restraints. We offer complete architectural, demolition and construction services.
Furniture Procurement:
Atlantic Commercial Design carries an extensive offering of quality commercial grade office furniture and office furniture systems
from a wide range of leading manufacturers.
Although we represent multiple manufacturers, Atlantic is not tied to any single manufacturer. Our sole objective is to anticipate,
comprehend and respond to the client’s specific needs. Therefore, we can work in conjunction with the Landlord and client to
determine the right product for the right price.
Atlantic Commercial Design utilizes a disciplined process that manages each step of the furniture procurement stage to ensure
accurate and timely completion. By using automated planning tools, and skilled project management talents, we can bring the
project to a timely completion and stay within budget.

Project Management:
Our project management personnel are trained to manage all aspects of the project, beginning with the
design, interior construction through the relocation phase. From inception they:
* Assume full responsibility for coordinating all project activities.
* Ensure that deadlines are met and deliveries are accurate.
* Document follow-up activities through project completion.
* Create detailed schedules and monitor the progress of internal and external project activities.
* Create a project punch list and punch list resolution.
Facilities Relocation Management:
For firms relocating a new facility, we offer an overall coordination of the move, including development of a
master plan schedule to ensure a successful facility move. Our facility relocation services provides you with
the following:
* Coordination of a move to a new building, a new space, or for a major reorganization in an existing
space.
* Client advocacy during the entire relocation process with overall coordination of all consultants and
trades.
* Electrical, data and telephone line coordination.
* Minimized downtime and interruption of day-to-day business.
* Consistent, timely installation services on a union or non-union basis.
* On-site inspections.
* Economical moving services fully coordinated with the new furniture deliveries.
Delivery/Installation/Warehousing/Reconfiguration:
Atlantic Commercial Design delivers complete precision when it comes to the installation of new furnishings or the
reconfiguration of existing product. Our expertly trained installation team works with experienced supervisors to provide safe
and productive offices for your clients.
From one office to a multi-floor project, Atlantic Commercial Design’s installers are certified and tested specialists who will see
your job through to the final adjustments and finishing touches. Their job is not done until you are completely satisfied.
As your client’s business grows, the office environment will benefit from our reconfiguration services. Atlantic Commercial will
inventory all of their existing assets and will design your new facility using existing furniture and systems. By possible
