As president of the Energy and Security Group,Judy Siegel brings 30 years experience in cleanenergy financing, policy, and technology, with afocus on renewable energy and energyefficiency. She has worked in over 60 countries
worldwide including in Africa, LatinAmerica, The Caribbean, and the MiddleEast. and has extensive experience indeveloping and implementing renewableenergy projects in rural settings. Ms. Siegel hasserved as President of the US Export Councilfor Renewable Energy (representing over 1600industry members), Deputy Director of theWorld Bank Asia Alternative Energy Program(ASTAE), and Managing Director of the Winrock
International Clean Energy Group. Ms. Siegelhas a BA in Economics and Masters in PublicAdministration.
