Rayomar Management, Inc. (RMI) was established September of 1980 as an
Investment and Management Company. We provide our affiliates/subsidiaries with the
following services: Human Resources Administration; Legal and Corporate
Secretarial Services; Macro Finance and Internal Audit.
Over the past three decades, Rayomar has organized and acquired a number of
companies. Our main thrusts are in the transportation/logistics field where are
people have many years of experience, thus providing our Group of Companies a strong
competitive advantage. We provide services in International and Domestic shipping,

Chariot Trailer Leasing Corporation (CTLC) was formed in 1988 to provide as specialized service to the import and export segments of
the transport industry. Chariot leases out chassis to domestic and international truckers, forwarders, port cargo handlers, construction
companies, import/exporters and other specialized traders. The company manages and
markets various types of chassis equipment from 20 ft straight frame, 40ft gooseneck, 40ft combo, 40ft flatbed to chassis which can carry
any loose cargo. Presently, the company maintains a yard adjacent to International Container Port. Chariot maintains a pool of highly skilled personnel who are tasked to
maintain the chassis according to strict international standards and who are committed to meet the elaborate service requirements of
our clients to their utmost satisfaction.

between “K” Line Logistics Japan and Transmar Agencies, Inc. The corporate name was changed from “K” Line Air Service Phils., Inc. to “K” Line Logistics (Phils.), Inc.
Oriental Merchants, Inc. (OMI) was established in 1988 as a trading business. As the name reveals, the
company functions as a merchant from the orient which initially imported commercial products from
Spain for the Philippine market. Later OMI, established its export division which functions as the
agent for various buyers from Europe, the US and Asia.
Currently OMI is one of the most important importers and distributors of high quality gourmet food products
in demand by leading supermarkets, hotels and restaurants, with quality brands from Spain, Portugal
and Italy. Products such as olive oil, canned tomatoes, legumes, flavored vinegars, herbs and spices, anchovies, pasta and many other important
ingredients’ required by our country’s fast growing food service industry and are offered at competitive prices.

Rayomar Outreach Foundation, Inc. (ROFI) is a private, non-profit foundation inspired by the chairman’s wife Mrs. Yolanda Garcia, and

Ventis Maritime Corporation (VMC), a joint venture with K Line Tokyo, established in December 1989 primarily to service the
manpower need of K Line ships. VMC.s services specialize in recruiting, training, and placement
of highly skilled specialized certified officers and crew members. To date VMC has deployed and maintains approximately 1,435 seafarers
assigned to 56 K Line ships. The Philippine government has recognized both K Line and
VMC for its participation in the Manning Industry. VMC thrice received the POEA Top
Performer award in 1996, 2002 and 2005 while the Department of Labor and Employment
(DOLE) judged K Line as Employer for the Year for 2002 and 2005. VMC is an ISO certified
company.
