HIDDEN TECHNOLOGYGood design should never be compromised
by technology. Wherever possible we
keep hardware hidden from sight and
only use the most user-friendly systems.
We commissioned sustainable mechanical
& engineering specialists Boom Collective
to design a bespoke AV, heating, cooling
and ventilation system.
The Heat Recovery Ventilation (HVR)
and Air Source Heat Pump keep your bills
to a minimum, constantly circulate fresh
air throughout the house and provide
both heating & cooling functions. Hidden
heated pads prevent the bathroom
mirrors from steaming up and zoned
underfloor heating means no radiators
taking up floor space – all controlled
easily via a smartphone app.
Even the speakers are hidden away in
the ceiling – zoned for each room and
controlled via your smartphone or tablet.
Instead of littering the house with Wi-Fi
routers this is fully integrated and serves
all floors. Nice and simple.
