Corn GritsCorn Grit are manufactured from finest quality of corn which is grounded to fine and

superfine consistency according to the needs of our customers.

Corn grit are also called flaking grit as they are in highest demand by corn flakes and

breakfast industry.

The processing involves separation of the fatty substance and bran from grits and

presenting the grits in desired particle size. These corn grits are widely used in extruded

snack food industry, breakfast cereals, breweries, confectionery and bakeries, etc.

Grits may be eaten covered in gravy, cheese or butter and salt or served with seafood,

meats or vegetables.

We at PR Exports can provide best quality corn grits as per desired specification.

Liquid GlucoseThe partial hydrolysis of starch slurry by acid or enzyme gives an end product, which is

commonly known as Liquid Glucose. Chemically, Liquid Glucose is a mixture of the entire

spectrum of carbohydrate molecules derived by breaking the long chained molecules of

polysaccharides contained in starch slurry. By adjusting the content of the ingredients,

Liquid Glucose of various DE (Dextrose Equivalent) can be obtained for varied end uses.

It is versatile and can be used in a wide range of cooking applications. It improves the form

and gives body and texture to the finished products. It is especially used for hard candies.

Liquid glucose is used in conjunction with sugar for manufacturing flavored candies and

chocolates. It is used in the preparation of glucose biscuits. Widely used in Jams, jellies,

chewing gums and canned fruits.

We at PR Exports can supply and export Liquid Glucose as per desired specifications.

Corn Gluten MealMaize gluten also known as corn gluten meal (CGM) is a by product of maize (corn)

processing. Gluten is prepared by Centrifugation, Filtering and Drying of the slurry received

from the primary and secondary stages of corn refining.

It has a high protein, high nutrient density and high energy ingredient consisting of insoluble

protein in combination with minimal.

It is high in protein content, it has historically been used as an animal feed.

MaltodextrinMaltodextrin powder is white powder produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch and

by spray drying partially hydrolysed starch.

Maltodextrin has a dextrose equivalent of 10-25%.

Maltodextrin powder has a rapid rate of digestion, allowing it to supply additional calories

without causing the abdominal discomfort that can be experienced with simple sugars. The

body gets energy from maltodextrin gradually easily and evenly.
